Grow your business.
Let the boring stuff run itself.
Every business has tasks that eat hours, done the same way every week. You've heard about AI. What most owners don't know is that a lot of those tasks can now take minutes. In one hour, I'll show you which ones, in plain English.
2 minutes to check · $499 if it's a fit · No tech knowledge needed.

Everything runs through you. That's why growing feels harder, not easier.
Every task, big or small, lands on your plate. More work should mean more money. Instead it means more late nights.
AI is a lot more than asking ChatGPT to write an email or make a social media post. It can take whole jobs off your plate.
Every business has tasks, done the same way every week and eating hours each time. A FlowMap finds yours and saves you time.

Every hour spent on repetitive work is an hour you're not growing the business. Your FlowMap shows you where those hours are going.
Find 5 hours a week, or your money back.
Every AI tool promises a return. Your FlowMap puts a number on yours. If it doesn't find at least 5 hours a week your business could save, you get the full $499 back. Just reply within 14 days of getting your map. No forms, no argument. The risk is mine, not yours.

Answer 4 quick questions
So we both know a FlowMap is worth it before you book. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight.
Your FlowMap session
A relaxed video call about how your week actually goes. Every task gets scored by how much time it could save against how hard it is to fix.
You get your FlowMap
A clear plan with your top 2–3 fixes, the exact tools, what they cost and your first step. We walk through it together.
I build it for you
Want the fixes set up? I'll do it as a fixed-price project, with an optional care plan to keep it running. Or take the map and do it yourself.
What's in your FlowMap
- Your hours, counted. How much time each fix gives back every week.
- The right tools by name. Real, off-the-shelf tools with their monthly cost. Nothing you're locked into.
- Your first step for each. Specific enough to start this week, on your own if you want.
- A walkthrough call. We go through the map together and answer every question.
Full $499 refund. No forms, no argument.
- What kind of business you run
- How many people, including you
- Hours a week on admin and repetitive tasks
- What you'd most like off your plate
Someone else handles a task you'd like looked at? Invite them for part of the session. The person who does the job knows where the time really goes.

I'm Kevin. 8+ years of small business ownership.
I know what it's like to wear every hat and watch the little jobs eat up your week. I've spent a lot of time figuring out where AI actually helps, and I use it in my own business. No pressure, no fancy technical terms, just a straight conversation about what'll work for yours.
Questions
I don't know the first thing about AI. Is this for me?
Yes, that's exactly who it's for. You know your business. Translating that into tools is my job, and I'll explain everything in plain English.
What happens after I book?
You pick a time and pay securely. I send a short prep form so we don't waste a minute. Then we meet for an hour, I build your map, and we walk through it together.
I've tried software before. My team never used it.
That's common, and it's usually because the tool came before the process. FlowMap starts with how you already work. If a tool won't get used in your business, it doesn't make the map. And if your staff are already using AI on their own, we'll get everyone on the same setup.
Won't AI just give me generic stuff that doesn't sound like us?
It will if you use it straight out of the box. Part of the setup is teaching it how your business works and talks, using your own quotes, emails and prices. That's what makes the output usable without a rewrite.
If I have to check everything it does, where's the time saving?
You'll check the first few times, and you should. The fixes that make your map are the ones where checking takes a minute and the job used to take an hour. If checking takes as long as doing it yourself, it doesn't make the map.
Is my business too small?
Probably not. Owner-operators often have the most to gain, because every hour you get back is your own.
What does it cost to have it built for me?
Every project is fixed-price and quoted up front, so you'll know the cost before anything begins.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule anytime for free using the link in your calendar invite. Cancel 48 hours or more before your session and you get a full refund automatically. If you cancel within 48 hours or miss the call, there's no refund, but you can reschedule once. Separate from all that, the guarantee always stands: if your FlowMap doesn't find at least 5 hours a week, reply within 14 days of getting your map and I'll refund the full $499.
What if someone else on my team runs the process?
Bring them along. If someone else handles a task you'd like looked at, invite them for part of the session. If they can't make it, I'll send them a few quick questions they can answer by email or voice memo, so nothing gets missed.
Is my business information kept private?
Yes. Our conversations are used only to build your FlowMap and are never shared.
